Palmeira Home Health’s skilled nursing is provided by our caring Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses on an intermittent basis. Your “Personalized Care Plan” is discussed with you and the physician following your care. Our skilled nursing plan is designed with your goals and needs in mind. We provide the ongoing education you’ll need for when you or your loved one reaches the point where home health care services are no longer needed.
