Orange, California (June 5, 2017) – Kristi Palmer, RN, BS, CCM has joined the leadership team at Palmeira Home Health Services as Chief Nursing Officer on June 5, 2017. Palmer will supervise the nursing staff at all locations of the company in Arizona and Nevada.
Palmer brings over 20 years of experience in nursing and medical management to Palmeira. For the past 10 years she has served in management roles directing symptom management, regional performance improvement and directing overall clinical operations. Most recently, she served as Area Director of Clinical Operations for Bridge Home Health & Hospice and previously was Director of Operations for Amedisys Home Health Services.

Palmer began her nursing career in Michigan having helped start the Affinity Home Care Agency in 2006 as Director of Nursing. In addition to her RN degree, she has a B.S. in Health Administration and will finish her dual masters MSN and MHA in 2018.
“I look forward to working with the leadership team and help Palmeira provide better and faster recovery for our patients,” adds Palmer. “We will be improving our personalized care plans based on effective treatment protocols to restore our patients to their best functional levels as soon as possible.”
She is a member of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA) which provides professional collaboration across the healthcare continuum to advocate for patients’ wellbeing and improved health outcomes. She is also a member of the California Association for Health Services at Home (CAHSAH).
